AdaptTable for Mantine

A data table that renders as Mantine, because it is built from Mantine.

A framework-neutral @adapttable/core provides the data engine; @adapttable/react connects it to React. Add features through explicit imports. The visible controls are Mantine's own Paper, Table, Popover, Drawer, Card, Checkbox, Select and Pagination.

That is the whole trade: one model to learn, and a table that belongs in a Mantine app rather than sitting inside one.
