AdaptTable for Element Plus

An Element Plus data table, in Element Plus's own controls.

A framework-neutral @adapttable/core provides the data engine; @adapttable/vue connects it to Vue. Add features through explicit imports. The visible controls are Element Plus's ElPopover, ElDrawer, ElCard, ElSelect, ElCheckbox, ElDropdown and ElTag.

That is the whole trade: one model to learn, and a table that belongs in a Element Plus app rather than sitting inside one.
