AdaptTable for Quasar

A Quasar data table, in Quasar's own components.

A framework-neutral @adapttable/core provides the data engine; @adapttable/vue connects it to Vue. Add features through explicit imports. The visible controls are Quasar's QMenu, QDialog, QCard, QSelect, QCheckbox, QBtn and QBadge.

That is the whole trade: one model to learn, and a table that belongs in a Quasar app rather than sitting inside one.
