AdaptTable for shadcn-vue

A shadcn-vue data table, styled by the tokens you already own.

A framework-neutral @adapttable/core provides the data engine; @adapttable/vue connects it to Vue. Add features through explicit imports. The visible controls are shadcn-vue's own controls over Reka UI primitives, styled with shadcn's class conventions.

That is the whole trade: one model to learn, and a table that belongs in a shadcn-vue app rather than sitting inside one.
