AdaptTable for Reka UI

A Reka UI data table — accessible primitives in a compact, neutral theme.

A framework-neutral @adapttable/core provides the data engine; @adapttable/vue connects it to Vue. Add features through explicit imports. The visible controls are Reka UI's Popover, Dialog, Select, Checkbox, Tabs and Listbox primitives.

That is the whole trade: one model to learn, and a table that belongs in a Reka UI app rather than sitting inside one.
