AdaptTable for Nuxt UI

A Nuxt UI data table, built from Nuxt UI components.

A framework-neutral @adapttable/core provides the data engine; @adapttable/vue connects it to Vue. Add features through explicit imports. The visible controls are Nuxt UI's Popover, Slideover, Card, Select, Checkbox, Button and Badge.

That is the whole trade: one model to learn, and a table that belongs in a Nuxt UI app rather than sitting inside one.
