AdaptTable for Naive UI

A Naive UI data table, drawn with Naive UI's own components.

A framework-neutral @adapttable/core provides the data engine; @adapttable/vue connects it to Vue. Add features through explicit imports. The visible controls are Naive UI's NTable, NPopover, NDrawer, NCard, NSelect, NCheckbox and NButton.

That is the whole trade: one model to learn, and a table that belongs in a Naive UI app rather than sitting inside one.
