AdaptTable for Vuetify

A Material Design data table, drawn by Vuetify's own components.

A framework-neutral @adapttable/core provides the data engine; @adapttable/vue connects it to Vue. Add features through explicit imports. The visible controls are Vuetify's VTable, VMenu, VDialog, VCard, VSelect, VCheckboxBtn and VBtn.

That is the whole trade: one model to learn, and a table that belongs in a Vuetify app rather than sitting inside one.
